Not only this will help guide our consultation, it’s typically also a great indicator of whether or not we might make a great match style and personality-wise!

If it seems like we’d be a great fit for your day, we’ll send over pricing, initial thoughts about coverage, and a link to schedule a call! On this call, we want you to ask us all the questions so that you feel 100% comfortable entrusting us with these special moments.

For couples, it is SO important to feel comfortable with who you choose to have by your side during such memorable experiences, and to choose someone who has experience shooting ALL portions of the day. From the Photographer perspective, we want to make sure that the type of venue, general style, and the kind of vibe we’re best at shooting aligns with what you’re already looking for!

Let’s say we chat, become best friends and you’re ready to book! We’ll send over our agreement and your first invoice, which can both be completed online.

Once we’re booked, if you’ve decided to add on an Engagement Session, it’s time to start planning something beautiful! Your engagement session is a mini celebration of how amazing YOU are as a couple, and a stunning way to share this milestone with the world!

We love to make this a truly unique experience, and will send over some questions to help guide us in making this a memorable shoot that feels like you, with our creative ideas thrown in!

And while we totally get the desire to just “check it off the list”, we want to go far beyond that. Remember, the more effort you put into your Engagement Session, and allow us to run with some cool ideas as well, the more incredible the outcome will be!

When working with a planner, you’ve likely started putting together a general timeline of the events for the big day. We’ll check in about 1-2 months prior to your wedding date to confirm details, times, locations, and see if any adjustments to coverage need to be made. After this, we’ll create your official photography Wedding Day timeline! The photography portions of the day should only be completed by your photographer, not your planner, as all photographers, couples, and venues are different. We’ll make sure to craft a photography timeline that is unique to you.

Finally, THE DAY IS HEEERE! As your photographers, we’re here to document every detail and make sure you look incredible along the way. From your bridal party champagne toast and first looks to “I do” and late night reception dancing, we’ll be there to capture each unforgettable moment.

After your wedding day, expect a caring text or email from us gushing about your wedding and the amazing time you had! A few weeks later we’ll upload sneak peeks to your online album, with your final images coming after that.

Once you’ve received your gallery, it’s time to start designing your heirloom album. We’ll go over what makes a great album, which images to choose, and even have you over to our Tampa studio to look at colors, textures, and sample albums! Once we have your preferences, we’ll provide a quote, take a desposit, and get to work on designing the masterpiece that is YOU and your Wedding Day!

Q: Are Albums included in your Wedding Collections:

A: We want you to have total control over this, so we offer albums as a separate, a la carte option so that you can personalize your album exactly to your needs! We also LOVE involving Parents in the process, as they often want an album of their own to show off as well!!

Whether a mini album for Mom to keep in her purse, or an heirloom-quality album to pass down, our albums are thoughtfully designed with your unique memories in mind, and printed through a true professional printing company that produces quality to last through the generations.
